The only place I can find them is from Mouser, but the only have 1/2 watts.

Who carries the 1 watts?

you can grab cmf60 or rn60 from mouser.

Those are not 1/2W's exactly, they are "1/2 watt rated to 1 watt." which I presume means suitable for 1 watt applications.
