Great job in getting your amp up and running, very nice.

Now you can tell all the Java builders on Weber forum how to solve their issues.

Check the AC response of the meter.
On some meters there will be a low pass filter to keep noise from interfering with accurate 60 Hz measurements.
On many Flukes it's switchable.
