Anyone played around with these?
I think 65 might be using a Zobel, anyone know?

I have no idea what you're talking about (surprise!), but I'd sure like to know. I seem to think of a conjunctive filter as being some sort of components that are arranged to get the power section tweaked for a certain frequency range, yes?drz400 wrote:Anyone played around with these?

As for Zobel...handy Google gave me this:

My friend has a 65 Amps London and we took that thing apart and took tons of pictures. I don't know if that's the model you're refering to, but lemme know and I'll send over any pictures you think you might need...

Conjunctive filter is on the old Hammond (Ghia) across the primary and smoothes out the high end, the Zobel does the same thing.

Steve Ahola used these in his evolution of the Electar Tube 30 to a Trainwreck "Blues Express" - see schematics at BlueGuitar.org.
