Vox Ac15CC1 C34 Missing?

I recently bought a vox AC15CC1 from a friend. It has a hum I'm guessing its 60hz. Anyways I noticed that on the PCB C34 is missing. On the schematic I found that it shows a 22uf 63V should be there. Should this be there or is it a modification done by the factory? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
