Mono: NYS2122
Stereo: NYS212
I am going on 5 years with the Neutrik versions in my amp. no issues yet. I think the Mouser number is 568-NYS212/2
I do like the chrome nut on the Cliff though

I have used nuetrik jacks for years too without any problems

I sell both Cliff UK jacks and Asian made jacks, for a few extra pence I would say the Cliff UK jack is worthwhile. I also sell allot more of them compared to the asian ones.

As Far as I know the Cliff USA models are made in Asia, the Asian ones do work and they are used in thousands of products sold all over the world, but no, they are not the best.. but they are getting better …

they're fine, they're just not true 'cliff'.

The contacts arent' as good. Insertion/extraction could eventually be an issue.

I think if you want them in 100's you can get them from the US Distributor.

Cliff Electronic Components Part #: CL1311A

Are those correct one? Different part number isn't it?

I know those fake ones were really starting to piss me off, made me look bad in front of a well respected local musician . I dont really make stuff for sale but he asked me for something special I thought I gave it to him then these failed and he asked me what type of cheap parts I used in his amp I thought top of the line I was sadly mistaken on these jacks . but all is good now.
Thanks Bill

I recently starting using the real UK Cliff jacks after getting some fakes from MOJO. The Cliff UK dealer told me 65 Amps had like 100,000 in warranty repairs after sending a tone of amps to Europe with the fakes.

I originally switched to the Cliff type in general after having many failures with Switchcraft jacks - the tip shunt would become intermittent, and could not be re-tensioned. The same Cliff dealer told me that Two Rock had the same problem, and I've read other reports online of the tip shunt failing. This is only on newer Swithcraft jacks. The old ones are constructed differntly (see: better).
