Which one? He has been running a Category 5 Plexi, a Carol Ann JB100, a Two-Rock, and a Marshall Jubilee more recently if I remember correctly... Could it be a Van Weelden(sp?)?

I also just noticed that the video was from Denmark, so I'm not sure what he could be using...

The head in the right bottom is a Van Weelden Twinkleland. Terriffic amp!

I thought when I first saw the clip that he had snuck a Dumble into the stack. The blond/brown one. Anyway probabbly should have posted in the Garage.

That's a Fuchs and his Van Weelden Twinkleland on the right, and a plexi of some description atop a JCM900(!) on the left.
The Twinkleland lives in Europe now (lucky us) but, other than just having the one, he's now duplicated his US and European rigs so we'll get the Twinkleland, Cat 5 Plexi, presumably the new Cat 5 handwired Jubilee that they're building/have built for him, and the Carol-Ann. I think he's substituting a Two Rock for the Van Weelden in the US.

The JB-100 has currently replaced the VW in the US (I think). THe JB-100 sits on top of a TR 6L6 amp. THere's a vid on You Tube he did for Jan -08 guitar player that goes through his current amp rig.
I just finished building him another JB-100 with the lead channel voiced like Eric Johnsons OD-2.
I put the HRM trimmer settings for Joes first amp on the HRM thread on here.
The new one is different and is quite far from any HRM schematic you will see around here , nor is that same as any Dumbles I'm aware of (unless you can get an amp from EJ or Joe himself, you'll not be able to follow me to Joe on this one).
It has way lower gain and a lot more bass in the OD. THere are also some additional filter networks in there to.
However, using those setting in an EL-34 HRM style amp with the gain down low and the master way high, a LP and EVM-12Ls should get you in the right area of his original JB-100.
Kind Regards, Alan Phillips.

I think he's using the TR and yours in the US, and the plan is to use the other of yours (either the original one or the new one) and the VW in Europe in place of the TR. I know that the VW has been left in storage in Europe now.

I'll give him a call and find out his intention with it. It works equally well on 115V or 230V regardless.
Re: What's that in the stack behind Joe?
Just to follow up, the European rig is currently the Van Weelden, a Two Rock of some description, the black Category 5 '67-ish plexi and an original Silver Jubilee. So it looks like the VW is doing the CA's job in Europe.
With the Jubilee being on all the time, the differences between the amps are actually quite subtle in the mix, but there were a few noticeably Dumble-style leads that I'd like to think were the VW. In which case I want one!
