Question about ODS and d-lite

Ok I'm new to this side of the forum, I've mostly been hanging out in the trainwreck forum, but I felt the need to ask a question...

What exactly is a d-lite? is it a stripped down version of the ODS?

What would be the main differences between the two?

The "original" d'lite was indeed a stripped down version of the ODS. It was a project I started as a beginner's first Dumble-style amp. My friend Loren posted a brief history on his site:
