I thought it might be appropriate to have a topic started to collect tips on converting donors to clones. 
Here's a tip: Use JBWeld to get rid of those extra panel holes. Follow the directions and push it through the hole from the back side. Use someting flat and wet on the top side to press against. Let it dry and with a little light sanding the former hole is now a perfectly smooth black circle.

I like to use the metal hole plugs and silicone them so they don't rattle.
One thing that's important for conversions:
If you are leaving any of the original stuff in the amp I can't emphasize enough how important it is to do the regular maintenance! Clean the pots and jacks, change the filter caps, triple check grounds for continuity.
