Fet in Two Rock. What circuit?

Anyone who knows about the fet used in Two Rock?
The fet is switchable in those amps, I wonder what kind of fet circuit they use, seems like a nice boost kind of . the fet in mine don`t work with electric guitars. They seem to be to hot for the input. Anyone who knows the two rock mod here?

From pics i have it looks like it is the same circuit. Only parts values/FET may be different

The big cap read 47 uF on the picture, HAD used 100 uF.
Are there more values different here.
Would like to try TwoRock fet if I only can get those other values.

It is additional gain stage. It boost your signal at beginning of signal path. In two-rock this "mod" can disabled by single switch.
