On some caps it represents the outer foil. On other caps it doesn't mean anything, which is why it's better to test them yourself unless you specifically know that the caps you are using are marked properly with the outer foil direction.

Thanks for reply!! I mean what is mark on the first Dumble pic on first page of this post. Is it outer or inner foil? In any case I must test caps.

The mark on the layout is on the side of the cap with the lead that attaches to the outer foil.
