I much preferred the MSwerks8 clip, had the depth and smoother sheen that I like.

Can you guys re-click on the two newest clips? I remixed the #9 clip. I brought it up a couple db in the mix and raised the verb a touch. It seems much more to my liking now. Still no EQ.

Thanks!!

I kind of liked the first one. It had bit more bite to it that I like.

Hi Scott.
It's been a while. Hope all is well with you.

Terrific playing as usual.

Clips #8 & #9 seems somewhat richer to me than #3... Harmonically I mean.
I found #9 to be a bit smoother than #8. Maybe due to the 'verb? More pleasing to my ears.

In the end it's all very much in the details. All clips sound fantastic to me!

Best wishes.

Hi Scott,

All sound great as usual. Any chance of some single coil clips for reference and perspective?

Thanks for the listens guys....

I'd do a single coil test, but all my guitars have hums. I could use the coil tap switch. I'll do that tonight.

Here is test 14! LOL. Still Phillips tubes but readjusted a touch. Me likey!

Dang! The most recent is my favorite. Just a hair brighter, yet still full in the low mids and nice OD breakup. Amp is sounding great and mix is just right for me. Now I need to scrounge up $200 for a pair of tubes?! You're evil........

Hmm.... To me, #9 has this quality where everything pops out at you as you listen, but it doesn't seem like it's mixed loud. #14 sounds great tone-wise, but it sounds like it's mixed quit a bit louder than #9. I think a balance between the way the notes pop out at you on #9 and the tone in #14 would be just about perfect!

All IMHO... :P

14 seems fatter, but it may just be louder. All of them seem like they sing and feedback without effort, something I really like. Hard to pick one over the other (the TAD maybe...)- all excellent clips.

wow, that last clip was thick and juicy but i thought the same about the other clips also.it freaks me out that you get that kind of smoothness and sustain but it sounds like there's not a lot of gain .I like that.
