what multimeter are you using?
Does you meter check capacitance?...maybe bad cap(s)?
Check voltages at each cap. Also if your meter has continuity check...
check from each node from caps to corresponding preamp points.
+1 on what Bob-I suggested "check every component as you build".
Its gotta be something pretty simple...take your time and you will get it.

Yep, I had that jumper, but you got my wheels turning...I lifted up the power supply board to do some checking, and I had miswired an under board connection...had it going to the wrong end of one of the dropping resistors!67plexi wrote:Did you run a jumper wire from B+1 to B+2 if not do so and did you get B+4 and B+5 backwards
looks like it from your voltage readings.
Now the voltages are much better:
V1a 200v
V1b 200v
V2a 178v
V2b 184v
V3 189 (verb)
