Congrats on yet another great build, you must be building up quite a collection?
All the best,
Paul.
Thanks Paul, I have never forgotten your kindness way back when you let me have a couple of RN65s
I am hoping to get in the studio and lay down some tracks before the summer. My favourite vocalist has gone off to live in Brazil so I will get him to do his parts in June when he returns for a holiday.
I like the Marshall and 102 together but the 102 really is special. Very responsive, very touch sensitive. Just need to tune in the OD a little more -hopefully the NOS preamp tubes will help.
Added the waterslide logo.
It did have a # before the 102 but it disintegrated.
I got another one on the way but I may leave this for now as it looks OK

Thanks Mark, appreciate your comments and help esp. with the 2204.
Dimitris, I think I ran through a whole bunch from 2k2 up to 8K. I even put a trim pot in and dialed it until I liked it. I think it came out that I liked 3k3 up to 4k7. I can't remember what I settled on now until I pull the chassis, I think it was 3k3.

It was 3K4 on the 4Ohm tap, I checked it.
Good luck with yours.
My rig is going to the rehearsal rooms for 3 hours tomorrow for a full workout - ear protection going too
