Voodoo, you mentioned possibly having a bias problem. What's the bias voltage, and at the grids of the Outputs? Recheck your solder joints, and grounds.

I figured out one major problem i had. The output tubes were wired all sorts of jacked up. I wired them waaaaay wrong. I just hope i didn't smoke the output transformer... I'll have them fixed in a bit and i'll let everyone know how it goes.

I also figured out my bias problem. I had the bias supply wired wrong. I'm not able to fire it up after the latest round of corrections, but i'll let everyone know how it goes.
