Re: .125" Chassis Faceplates [UPDATE: PICS]
I've done this a lot and when working with peel and stick here's the best procedure I've found. Put a little dot on your artwork at the center of each hole. when you get the label don't peel off the backing - instead use double sided tape and stick it to your chass/faceplate. Hold it up to the light and site through the holes looking for your dots. Reposition until you get it perfect and then exacto out a hole on each end and one in the center. Now clean the faceplate (or chassis) and peel and stick using your cut holes as a guide to get it perfect. Exacto out the rest and your done.

I couldn't even find the jack searching for "frame jack" or "long frame jack". I'm in the same sort of pickle and would love any kind of help finding the pots and jacks?benoit wrote:I just looked through the mouser catalog. I found the long frame jacks no problem but its hard to tell on the switches and pots. I can't seem to find any alpha pots with the longer frame. Any recommendations?Funkalicousgroove wrote:You can use long frame Jacks, pots and switches.
Dlator labels
What would be the procedure for white lettering on vinyl peel and stick, with a clear base?? I use photoshop. I want to create white lettering on a clear vinyl peel and stick sheet for all the pots and jacks and switches on my dlator.
