Pin out for the D*mble style footswitch?

Anybody know what wire's what? I suppose I should just open the footswitch & see but looking to go 5 pin midi cable out of the amp into two 1/4" mono jacks to put into two loops of a switcher.

Here's a pin out from the inside the chassis looking at the rear of the FS jack
