While converting my reverb in a Fender Super Twin Reverb into a single-tube circuit (to eliminate the C610) I was looking at a number of ways to re-introduce the reverb signal.
One good option seems to be to put the reverb loop in between the master volume and the PI. This is done by using a resistor plus/or/minus a capacitor. This forms a mixer, in that some of the signal goes straight through the resistor and capacitor (bypassing the reverb) and some of the signal goes into the reverb. The reverb output pot then sets the reverb mix.
While looking at these circuits I had a deja vou in that this same circuit shows up between the send/feed effects jacks on #124.
So, finally I figured out what the resistor/capacitor network is supposed to do. It is a passive mixer, rather than some type of filter. So, for it to work, it would seem to work well with an effect similar to an internal single-tube reverb. I don't have my amp with me now to check this, but an effect that is 'full on' with no mixing may work if it has an output level control. The output level control would function as the mix control.

Re: #124 Effects Loop
only works as a mixer if the effect is in phase - if it is a mixer then a D'lator is not going to work well with this amp.
