Can someone help me solve a LED issue?

My footswitch uses the schem/layout in this thread, here's the problem:

The footswitch works correctly by lighting PAB-LED in PAB mode but lights the other LED when in clean mode. It's supposed to light in OD mode dangit!

Please, what should I do?
