#124 390Ohm and 24K resistors on the main board

Post by lgehrig4 »

When placinng my parts order they didn't have these two values. How far from these values can I safely go? By safely, I mean with noticeably changing the tone/feel as intended? Closest I have to each are 470Ohm and 15K.

Unfortunately it will change the tone. The Nfb is also attached at that intersection. If you have other resistors around you can try parralel them to come to the desired resistance. For calculating: (R1*R2) / (R1+R2)= R total

Thanks! I found 390 carbon film and 24K metal oxide at Antique Electronics. I'll just place an order and but some other stuff that I really don't need right now :D

I live in the US
