Wiring up the Electrostatic impedance switch for HRM amp
Anyone got a diagram ?

Are you talking about the 3 pole 3 throw rotary thing?
If so you don't need a diagram, just connect throw 1 together in all 3 spots, throw 2 together in all 3 spots, throw 3 together in all 3 spots, and all 3 poles together to the output jacks. Be sure that the signal from your OT tap makes it through each set before it makes it to the output jacks.
