460V at 250mA across your heart will kill you just as dead as 700V. The 700V might hurt more though as you're dying, so....

Very true Dave and it's the one thing I was always, and still am , very cautious of when inside a tube amp. My first ODS build had that 700V configuration, it is a good sound!
