Hey everyone
Ok, like my thread regarding V1 of the two-rock, V2 looks similar to the D-Lite with 270p connecting pins 1 & 3, then another 270p connecting pins 6 & 8. Can you tell me more about this? What is its purpose?

Removes highs - the tube pins are just convenient mounting points - you could connect the 270pfs from the plates to ground or across the plate resistors and it would be functionally equivalent.

These are called Snubbers and like Heithl said are to remove the brittle highs. They're not used on the HRM amps because the HRM can be tuned to remove these highs.JamesO wrote:Hey everyone

270pf? The Sig I saw had 470pf. These are bent down and the valkues are hidden.

Re: What's going on in V2???
I was actually guessing on the value because they were bent down, like you said. I went off the D Lite values

It's interesting to learn about some of these things. Thanks!
