Thanks for the reply. Any chance of putting something up on You Tube?

If it's too much hassle, no problem.

Yes, I would really like to find out more about the Ultraphonix mod.
I am interested in doing a new build, based on something like a Deluxe, and any clips or info would really help a lot.
Thanks

Thanks groov, nice of you to post these. I have seen them once before and all information is good on this one.

Any more goodies out there, I wonder?

Yes, thank you again. All info is appreciated. I think mods often tell you about the builders approach and their philosophy towards amp design.

Being called a bootlegger isn't a big deal.

HAD has a stack of stories told about him, the most common one is that he has taken deposits without delivering an amp. Most people who lay down a deposit want the amp delivered within the discussed time frame. Given that there are so many similar stories, there has to be some truth to it.

The bootleggers and pirates are able to take deposits and deliver amps while keeping their customers happy.

It's hard to feel sorry for him when he has brought it on himself, put quite plainly people want the design but they don't want to deal with him.

Maybe HAD should steal their customer etiquette?

Indeed, this is a fact well known to all philosophers engaged in their eternal battle with the goop that hides the truth about the thing-in-itself:

So indeed: The higher the number of similar stories – the deeper the truth about what's under the goop:

Just as a reminder two important examples:

I dare Max you'd prefer to lose your money and find out the hard way.

As far as the mental effects of masturbation link goes I'd never think to look there, I dare say it's a subject close to your heart.

I'll leave you with a link

No, I'd prefer to read a contract before signing:

Sorry for the misunderstanding, but my post was directed to those here with a more similar sense of humour.

So if you really prefer to think, that the degree of truth behind a rumour rises with the frequency it is repeated, of course feel free to do so!

But I would recommend perhaps not to forget that once there has been a rumour that AFAIK was repeated frequently and by many people, that the earth is flat.

All the best!

Do you speak about your own experience with A. Dumble or just what you've heard?

I can talk about mine, I have ordered two amps from Mr. Dumble and he was as professional as one can be. I would order another one anytime.

Don't know if these internet stories are true. If yes, I would love to hear both sides.
