I've moded an old Princeton amp. I kept the B+ but a lot of the amp is wired like a "D'lite Tweeked" using the Princeton/Deluxe layout in the amp. NO relays or OD section. Here's my concern.
On both output tubes:
Pin 3: 399V
Pin 4: 400V
Pin 5: -43.6V
Pin 6: 401V
Pin 8 which has a 1ohm resistor that measures 1.2 ohms on each tube. The voltages measure: -31.4V on Blue, -38.6V on Brown with 6L6's installed(mid 90's NOS Sovtek matched pair). I get a similar disparity in voltages with 6V6's (non matched pair)
There is a difference of about 12 Ohms measured from the center tap of the OT to the Blue or Brown taps, in circuit w/out tubes.
Is this the cause of the imbalance?
The amp sounds good, doesn't appear to overheat and clips perfectly symetrical if you back off the treble control a bit.
A problem?

Re: Bias on Princeton/D'lite/Deluxe
I would suggest you get lower tolerance cathode resistors.
You can get 1 ohm .1% if you look.
I think it is pretty common for the center tap of the OT to not be exactly in the middle so there is always a bit of imbalance.
However, having one resistor at 1.2R is going to throw the reading off by 6ma or so.
