Mid pot value

Post by Tdale »

I read on the forum that 250K mid cap is good. Especially if it's a bit on the high side. I got a pot that measures 268, which I plan to use.

But should the mid cap be a certain value when I use a 250K pot? I have 0.047 in now, but I read somewhere that the 250K is for 0.01 mid cap...

What do you recommend?

Normally a 250K goes with a .01uf
100K with a .047uf.

I use both with the 250K and think it works fine.
