Here is a picture of my chassis, with a test-faceplate made of regular paper. It fits nicely, so I ordered the vinyl print. Can't wait to get started on the mounting.

Dale, what program did you use to make the faceplate? i gotta do this to my amps.. even in paper it looks better than this..

I use Adobe Photoshop. Probably not the best program for this kind of job, but it worked out nicely.
When I drilled the holes for the pots and switches, they didn't line up 100%.. I should have used a drill press, but didn't have one at the time, so I did it with a regular drill. Therefore some of the holes got a bit out of line.
What I did then, was that I took a picture of the chassis front, scaled it up to the exact size of the face plate photo file. I then made the chassis layer transparent, and I adjusted each ring of numbers to fit where the holes actually are located. I'd be happy to send you the files of my face plates, if you'd like me to..
