Remote thing?

On this picture of Dumble #119...

...there is a footswitch to the right and some kind of remote control with three jacks and three LEDs on the left.

Any ideas on what the thing on the left is?

Looks like a footswitch interface box to 1/4 inch so that a midi switcher can control amp functions. I just got a Voodo Labs GCX fo rmy rack and I will be using a DIN to 3 plug cable to do just that.

That amp was for sale at OverlandExpress a couple of years ago. That's where the photo came from.

That amp had (has)a footswitchable mid boost, and sold for $25,600.00 It also had the "bluesmaster" mod.

Does anyone know what the "bluesmaster" mod is? I've seen it before, but never seen a description or definition of it...

Hey there,

Long time lurker, first time poster. If I remember correctly, I read that the bluesmaster mod was similar to placing a Marshallish front end as the beginning of the ODS preamp. Basically two gain stages --> cathode follower --> OD of two cascaded gain stages.

I could be way off with this but still something to try regardless if it is correct?! Also, I have no idea as to values or whether it retained the Dumble tonestack as opposed to a FMV style.
