Dean is a friend of mine. But, with all due respect, he does not know anything concrete or factual about the actual Dumble amps. Aside from that one experience.

Dean Farley is full of shit!! I bet he has a great story about that computer in the mid '70's he got his print out from for all Elec. parts stores. He's a legend in his own mind

I see his articles in Premier Guitar magazine.
I always thought it odd that he can find the time to write those articles and meet the deadline for publishing when he can't reply to a simple email about his Snake Oil Strings.
They simply go unanswered for the most part.
At one point I thought about trying them but after reading all the horror stories about guys not getting them after paying for them or getting them 3 months later, I decided no way was somebody like that going to get my money.
