Dumbleator loop implementation?!

Post by ODwan »

Hi, all!
I'm trying to put a Dumbelator style loop in my Hybrid A build, but don't know if I should put it before or after the Master volume. Does anybody know?

After.....

Make sure to isolate it well from the preamp filtration.

hey Dogears...do you suggest a parallel string for the supply or series is fine?.

Thank you, Dogears!
I put it after MV, made it switchable (pop!) but not by foot. My supply is a 10k/22µF hanging from B+3. So far it works and sounds great, i.e. does not alter the sound very much.

SWT, I asked Gary the question re supply string recently and Scott chimed in with some help.
Check the thread "Help implementing loop please Mr Glasman"
cheers, John
