If that's what you want you can use a stereo switching jack instead of the DIN connector. That's how I wire it up and it works great. Let me know if you need to see the schematic, I'll draw it up.

Quickly threw it together. The amp has nasty sizzling sound and no guitar sound with switches in any position. I may have grounded the singnal, have to look again.
Should the bringe rectifiers and regulators grounds be separated from the chasis ? Should I just tie them together and put them trough sleeve of the plug to the foot pedals 3pdt midle lug ?
Bridge and regulator grounds isolated from chassis completely. The isolated stereo jack you are using cannot have any grounds on it either.

Also, remember that I said verify which terminals were the wipers on the relays. You have to duplicate the wiring of the switch on the relay, from an electrical standpoint. If you forget about the switch wiring and just wire the relay you can parallel the foot switch with on set of NO contacts on the panel switch and accomplish the same thing. But you MUST wire the relay electrically like the switch on the pane.

You need to "float" the bridge - terminal thru a .1 or so poly cap to ground. If you don't do this you're going to get AC hum. This may be the noise problem you're having.

I have removed the bridge,regulator,relays complitely from the amp while debugging the noise problem. Ah, that is 'floating', thanks for the info (learning something new every day ) I'll try it when I have the noise problem nailed.
If I understand it right it does not work like the the panel switch, I mean I think I should wire it differently, but I'm not sure how ?
I changed the 2and3 and 6and7 wires resultin no sound on any mode with pedal plug in or not.
The relay gets 5.1V. Is the diode in right way ?
The pedal lights the leds ok but when trying to put both the boost and the OD on, it switches another led of ? Maybe I should cut also the + that is going in to the leds..
Do you have a battery to powering the leds? You can power the leds without the battery. If you shoot me an email I'll send you a schematic of how I do it.
..is where I am now. If I get it right, this is how the relays pins should be connected. But it doesn't work. The pedal does nothing (the voltage changes on the pedal jack lugs 0.2V-5V-3V depending of the lugs probed).
The panel switches silences the amp when choosing clean channel. Boost switch does not work.
I tried several wiring options on the panel dpdt's but the way in the picture should be correct.
Should I add an switch to cut the ground line of the panel switch when using the foot pedal ?
The boost-footswitch (boost-panel has to be on) works now but does not take the tone controls out of the circuit ? Boosts the signal but is bit of dark sounding. Reversing the diode I was asking earlier got the switches to work in some way.
The channel switch works IF both (panel&footsw) are operated. If single switch is operated, the amp silences until the other switch is operated also.
Cannot get both leds on on the FS, but I can get boost on while being either clean or od channel..
Should I put in a switch that selects panel or FS ? What wire it should cut ?
TT: Thanks for sending me the proper FS-schem. I will build it in the future (have to buy some parts), but now I'm so close with this one I'll finish it first (all the parts in the chasis).
