5e3 Deluxe w/ G12 Century Vintage (Neo)

What do you think of this potential marriage of 5e3 and G12 century vintage? Would this make the amp more gig-able? Also, I still don't fully understand what guitar players mean by, the difference between "perceived loudness" and "volume"... So if someone could explain this to me, that would be great! Thanks.
