I know it will not be movable unless the speakers are removed or one has access to a forklift but i was wondering how the cabinet sounds compared to a standard tl806

Look at the specs, frequency response is the same but with a narrower polar plot. That 190 degrees at 400hz both vertical and horizontal is in my opinion what makes the TL806 so special. Sounds like an open back with great low E all in a tiny size.
Only build the quad if you need a louder, heavier, more directional, more expensive cabinet. Basically imagine the sound of a TL806 about a foot from your head, only now you're 10 feet away. Same basic sound only MORE.
I used to run 2 4x10s with the 10" evms they were all of the above only more compact. Seemed like a good compromise at the time, still pretty brutal and ridiculous really. Less room in the van than 4x12s and more headroom than a pair of TL806, that said I preferred the pair of EVTL806 to a pair of 4x12s with celestions. The 806Q is a whole different beast than your run of the mill marshall cab.

Years ago, I built 1/2 of the 806Q, and used them for the mid section of our R&R PA system. Later years I downsized, and found they make great pedal steel guitar speakers, (plenty of low end). I built another a few years back.
