Just for hoots, I decided to search the US Patent & Trademark Office site (www.uspto.gov).
The classic Trainwreck logo was trademarked by Ken in 1998, and has NOT been re-registered. Below is the government record on file. Since I found the info, I just figured I'd post it here to settle, once and for all, whether or not the current custodian of the Trainwreck website actually owns the name/logo. He does not. Since a trademark is neither real or personal property, nor an equity, it cannot be inherited.
Thought y'all would like to know.
