I'm looking at lower-end TW clones. FatAmps Lil Rocket looks interesting, but it seems more like a Liverpool w/ a tube rectifier in that the controls are more like the Express/Liverpools vs the simpler Rocket. He also adds a tube reverb circuit in there as well.
Anyway, anyone heard these? What is your experience compared to other, lower cost TW clones (Ceriatone, etc.)?
Thanks!
Anyone heard FatAmps?

Re: Anyone heard FatAmps?
Hi brain21
That would be me
here's the original build thread for that amp
https://tubeamparchive.com/viewtopic.ph ... et&start=0
It is a Rocket circuit modified with a Mid pot, reverb and reverb controls
I have a down and dirty clip of the amp
just so you know Ceriatone is around 1000.00 +ship for a 4xel84 no reverb head
Just so you know I may be cheap but I'm easy too:)

Cool. Thanks for the reply! Yes, I know the Ceriatone's brand new get up there, but used ones are often considerably less. Either way, a Rocket with a mids control and some brightness options is appealing. I should have my IRS refund in 2-4 weeks and looking to purchase something right around then. I'll let you know via PM here when that happens and see if yours is still for sale.
