Liverpool runs full volume

When i plug in my liverpool its a 2 el84 version the amp
Is full volume. Not sure if a bad vilume pot would do this im just getting back to this amp after letting it sit for while

I think it is a ground issue with the tone stack.

Think of it as a boost that is always on.

Or the ground at the bottom f the volume pot is missing.

Found problem had a wire in the tonestack wired wrong. Thanks guys

I did but got juat got 2 output tranys of ebay so i dont have a use right now but thanks most my projects are lower watts 15 to 30 os pretty much my thing right now. Sorry took a while getting back with you. Mark
