Out of the box just like I left off 5+ years ago.

I got my Express and Rocket chassis drilled this morning, except the IEC power hole. Can't find my dremmel tool so I'll have to delay now and get a new one.

It was probably in with the $3k of tools that I had stolen out of my son-in-laws garage.

One more step to replacement.

You are not going to go for the ultimate solution - that is the Greenlee punch that only costs $400?? Of all the things they have copied and shipped from overseas, I've never found a cheaper version of this tool... but I gotta say, they are very sweet to use!

This one is £78 so $117 for you guys. Not sure what shipping is but might be a cheaper option than what you've found. I got a guy at work to cut my IEC hole for me using a jigsaw. Wasn't completely square but once the faceplate was on you couldn't tell.

There are multiple options on RS' website. Even if you got one slightly too small you could always file the last mm or so.

"It's alive."

And it breatheth fire.

Pot on back panel is for VVR. See previous build "Cindy".
