I was wondering what your thoughts were for a 2x12 cab for an Express clone. I'm thinking about the Scumback PVC for the speakers, but need help picking a cab.

I use a home made Dumble 2x12 with Eminence Delta Pro 12A.
Sounds great, and not too bright. Is capable of producing a nice thump as well. Which benefits the express model imho.

I use a Marshall 2x12 2061CX cabinet, with G12M heritage speakers.
It seems to be not enough powerful, but since I always play with airbrake attenuator it works well.
Less volume, frequency response fits the Express (not too bright), and veeeeery sexy compression
