Who's Making TW Replacement Cabs?

I'm looking to replace a damaged TW cabinet and would be grateful for any suggestions, contacts, etc.

I bought one on Ebay from a guy who makes many cabs in Fresno. Look up sorrycharly on ebay. He doesn't have anything up right how, but send him a message and he may make them on by request. Not sure because I just did a buy it now. I paid $180 for mine. It has dovetail joints instead of the miter joints. Made out of cherry. I had to drill my own holes for chassis and feet and put finish on. I used several coats of shellac followed by several coats of wax.

I used a couple cabs from him, one was a bassman cab. Does fantastic work,and good to deal with. tell him what you want,he could probably make it for you. I think sourmash builds them too, but you'd have to ask them.

I will be looking for a cab for an Express and a Rocket amp. I'd prefer an Australian builder to minimize freight costs but that may not be possible.

Any thoughts?

Ask Barry who does his cabs they look great,and hes from the land down under.. Renoylds also has the wood cabs,maybe he knows someone. I'm sure you could find some woodworker there to do them.

Thanks Richie, I've already spoken to Barry and the guy he uses has stopped making head cabs. That is a good idea about asking Pete Reynolds though, I'll have to give that a try.

Mikey does make beautiful cabinets. Here is the one he make for me. It has on it's fifth coat of Tung oil. I'll probably put around twice this number of coats on. A camera really does not do justice to the way the flame in the maple dances.
