How would you define this sound (Paisley video)?

Not sure if this is a trainwreck discussion but how would you define the amp sound in this video? I know its a Bruno and he does the Fender stuff and the Vox stuff with some wreck stuff as well. I think that these are fender based amps but I don't know for sure.

I want to know how you amp builders would define the sound and what amp can get me close... Fender style amps?

Also, the sound is different from the start of the video until he tests a new amp (cowtipper) towards the end. Is this the same amp? Doesn't sound like it to me.

The first amp sounds like a 4 x EL84 amp to my ears. A well built rocket/liverpool, a tele, and great chops will get you there!
