Martin the presonance is working well no squeal anymore.

Richie I put the bias test points on the back and 10kL pot I'm saving my locking bias pot for a K50 build.

Dave (colossal) the bass response has to be with the treble cut pot and presonance because I can dial in a great bass tone and have to use the treble, mid or bright switch get a high end bite something my other Express amps do not tolerate they are all bright not much bass.

Is the cab in the picture the one you call the "100 dollar cherry" cab from Ebay.?
Thanks
Here is the $100 ebay Cherry cab unfinished, hope to start on that soon but not sure what color tone I'm going with in the stain.

Trying to keep the build cost way down on this one.

Hey Mark that cherry cab looks great. Where did you get it exactly?

Ok, yes, that makes sense. Yeah, I do like the effects of the cut control with PPIMV and Presonance. I am getting a great tone with the PPIMV at about noon, cut around noon, and Presonance at 8 o'clock. VTMB are all at 1 o'clock, bright on 500pF. Sounds huge!

"sorrycharly" is the guy. I actually called him up and gave him the dimensions for trainwreck cabs. He built one for me but I never bought one yet. oops. I'd actually rather buy one of his pine "bassman" cabs! Nice price!

Finally took some photos of the amp yesterday and then drilled for mounting and put in the cab.

Mark, couple quesitons...

Is that a dual inductor IEC Filter?

Are the shielded runs shield-grounded, the grid runs to the power tubes from the MV?

Instead of listing all the info I'm posting a photo of the EMI filter.

The Master Volume is Lar-Mar using single shielded wire instead of dual cable.

Thanks guys I owe it all to Martin Manning and Bob H. (rjguitar) that's where this started from with their designs and their sharing to this community.

Thanks rj and Martin.

Good Lord I've been having fun playing through this amp into 212 open back cab loaded with Mojotone BV 30V's speakers.

Easy to dial up early ZZ Top tones and AC/DC Back in Black tones.

I'll try get some local recording guys to make some tracks since I don't like to mess with recording equipment, drives me freaking nuts.

Guys keep saying they're going to record this amp but it never happens, I'll keep pushing, maybe there waiting for spring. :)

I ordered 4 more blank chassis from Brian "dawg" I want to put some more of these amps together. That will keep Mikey busy making cabs then too, spread the love.
