Not sure if you really want to design for bass response for guitar cabinets but WinISD is a free cabinet design program that will give you response curves & porting dimensions for various drivers. You can also specify cabinet dimensions if you are using an existing cab.

There is a pretty large number of drivers in the library but you can also manually enter ones that aren't in there.

Cover one each of the parallel surfaces, i.e. the back, one side and the bottom.
This is to suppress reflections between the surfaces and is the basic HiFi type treatment.
Beyond that is to cover all the internal surfaces (except the baffle).

I think the box may be too small to benefit much from bracing the back.
Does it sound like "ringing" when tapping of the center of the back ?
