I'm sure a bunch of folks have a note or two from Ken...I'm trying to find one other one, older than this one he wrote me before I was on the list for an amp...anyway, figure I would post this one, from the mid 90s.
So much informatiom here, great website, thanks.

The part about not getting an amp if they don't find a cure is very depressing...another life taken too soon.

Hey, thanks for posting this. I appreciate that death seems a drag, but I don't see Ken as being overly depressed about it. Sure, I dig his impact on this planet in regards to guitar playing, but I equally dig his attitude about his potentially limited future, you know? Here, FWIW, I think he knew he touched a few people - and I think he drew strength from that. Certainly he took the time to write you this note. Very cool.
Any, I'm just saying. I can read this note and be more inpsired than bummed.

I should dig out my letter from Ken and scan it. He wrote me a page and a half/two page handwritten letter the year before he died. Sent me a cd dub of the Novella album as an example of how his amps sounded. Was just an all around nice reply to some questions I had sent him.
