It looked to me that KF used 20AWG PVC and maybe a little 22 and 18AWG in a few places. I personally like silver tinned copper solid core Teflon in 20AWG for all my builds now. It stays where you bend it. It is a pleasure to wire heaters (even in preamp tubes) now. Chopsticking and moving wires are a breeze now due to the previously mentioned reason. ApexJr. sells it and I have a place that I buy my Hardware from that sells me 200ft. rolls cheap.
