WHAT TUBE SOCKETS TO BUY?

I used to get all this kind of stuff from Lord Valve but I can't get a response from him for a new accessories catalog.
Any recommendations and sources?
I was never picky what I put in Fender tweed clones I've made but maybe for a 'wreck I should be. Or not?

Im not very picky myself on sockets.. but i can tell you i have had good success ordering from tubesandmore.com and turretboards.com (i get all my boards from him... and teflon wire...)

If you get them from tubesandmore.com, DO NOT get the P-ST8-209MIP, the pins break very easily. If you use the more expensive P-ST8-485 and experience crackling noises, the clips need tightening.

I've bought both sockets and teflon wire from Steve @apex.jr, and he's a good guy to deal with. Look at what he charges for Omron sockets and then price the exact same thing with either angela or tubes and more... Quite a savings.

I just did a quick search and discovered some complaints. I've been doing business with them for a couple of months now (almost weekly) and while their shipping is a little slow, I haven't had any problems with them yet. Mark seems like a pretty nice guy who's eager to help. Just my .02 FWIW.
