I have sent Tube Amp Doctor emails, posted a comment on their product page, asked a question on their facebook page, sent a message to them on their Facebook page and I haven't heard a thing from them.

I bought some forked turrets locally, they are a good product and well made, but they are 5mm in diameter, they just to big for what I need. Ideally 3mm would be perfect, having already made the leap of faith and bought something unusable, I don't want to do that again.

Has anyone had any experience with this product?

Re: What's with Tube Amp Doctor and questions?
If you're checking EU stores, try with Tube Town and Banzai Music. Tube town are quite fast and have quite of a choice at better prices.
I didn't have troubles with getting TAD to reply, but then the last time I asked them something was two years ago and the it took a week or so and few reminders.
Some more years ago when it was much smaller operation (I guess), it was much faster with Andreas (the doctor ) answering personally.

Re: What's with Tube Amp Doctor and questions?
Hi Niki thanks for taking time to reply to me.
I'm not looking to buy from the EU in particular, I looking for anyone who has the parts I want. I checked out Tube Town, and Bansai have the same 5mm forked turrets that I have.
I hope these will be the ticket.

Never emailed TAD but Tube-Town has gotten right back to me pretty quick each time. They are cheaper than TAD too.

TAD have a great range of products, but I'm not impressed with their customer service. Tube Town looked good too, but they didn't have the product I was after.
Regarding the eBay listing I posted, I received clarification, the 2.6mm is the diameter of the part of the turret that is inserted into the board, the forked area is 5mm wide.
Initially I wanted the forked turrets as the solid core wire didn't grasp the turret very well. I want solid mechanical joints in the amp.

Re: What's with Tube Amp Doctor and questions?
I guess you are looking for Keystone Split-Type (Fork) Turret Standardized Terminals.
Something like the 1511 or 1533 are around 3mm, but take a look at their range because there are variations and you want to get the right one for your AWG and board thickness.
The Tubetown ones are 3.6mm diameter, but slotted typical turrets, not the elegant minimalist fork from Keystone.
