Thanks overtone- tele has D'Addario nickel 10's roundwound - I had the recorder too close to me- you can hear the pick hitting the strings acoustically- amp was not set loud- the Weber 15 ceramic is loud anyway
thanks to RJ for getting us to post the sounds of our amps- imperfect as it maybe. Let get some more sound clips going- if I can figure out how to use
and post clips anyone can.

I liked the Strat clip a lot. Sounds excellent.

How loud was it when recorded?

Hey Mike, that is some good stuff. Thanks for posting those up, it really helps us know what the various versions of our amps sound like. Tell us about the amp used in the recording, I know you've built more than one Rocket. Also, i think it would be helpful to tell folks how you recorded your clips. Thank you for sharing! rj

Hi Fellow TAG members
Zoom H2 was about 2 ft off the ground, 8 feet from the amp.
zoom was set to record from one side only - and I had the lowest setting limiter option engaged.

The Amp was RJ's project chassis, circuit board, Edcor 245V PT, Dynaco A470 OT and Edcor choke. 3 F & T 30 uf's and 3 F & T 22 uf's. Sovtek AR4, RJ's El84's
and 3 12AX7's. Amp is fun to play -
