Trainwreck iron doesn't come cheap. Both Power and Output transformers usually run over $100. Sometimes well over, but occasionally you can score a deal.
Here is one option. If you happen to have a crate V30, you can pull the power transformer and re-purpose it for a Liverpool build. Here are the specs under load:
With 4 EL84s and 3 12AX7s the voltage at the resevoir cap is 315-318V dc, and the current rating for the HT secondary is around 350mA.
The HT secondary isn't center tapped so it requires a bridge rectifier. I'm currently using one for an 18watt Liverpool, and it's working great. (the B+ is a little higher with 2 EL84s, but not substantially).
