Liverpool or Express volume?

Is the Express much louder than the Liverpool?

I think so... Express is really loud when pushed to the really great tone zone.

Liverpool is not as loud and can easily have a half-power option to cut out two tubes to get it down even further.

I actually measured them both the other day and there was about 1.5dB between them (as expected), at 1 o'clock on the gain controls and through the same cab.

They're both impressively loud, although the Express feels significantly louder.
