250ka pot vs 1ma pot in treble & bass control

What is the difference in performance and or gain when using 250ka pots versus 1Ma pots for the Treble and Bass controls on the Express circuit?

You will loose your ability to get that singing sustain without putting a lot of effort into your playing.
