It did transit from Kuala Lumpur via Cologne, Birmingham, Brussels and Lyon, so I suppose it was inevitable...

Shippers all suck. I've switched to DHL because UPS and Fedex break everything. Now I'm freaked out since I just shipped a liverpool DHL yesterday.

None of those monkeys honor their insurance claims either.
